We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Corvella Health purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation.
Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return within this window.
Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned through that retailer.
Promotional gifts or free samples are not eligible for individual refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, use the chat widget on this page or visit our Contact page. Please have your order number ready. We respond within 1 business day and will provide return instructions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Subscription orders: cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund shipped orders. Please contact us if a charge occurred after a cancellation request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to limit refunds on accounts with an unusual number of return requests. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction caused by failure to follow the recommended usage instructions on the label.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays caused by carrier volume, weather, or customs are outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous United States. This threshold applies to the subtotal after any discounts.

Subscription Order Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped automatically on your billing cycle date and follow the same processing and delivery timeline as one-time orders. You will receive a shipping notification for each renewal. To change your shipping address before a renewal ships, visit Manage Subscriptions or contact us at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not currently available. We plan to expand to additional regions in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please reach out via the chat widget or our Contact page and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately — we can update it if the order has not yet shipped.

How Subscriptions Work

Corvella Health subscriptions allow you to receive your favourite products automatically on a recurring schedule. When you subscribe, you agree to recurring billing at the selected frequency (e.g. every 30 days) until you cancel. Subscriptions offer a discount over one-time purchases and free shipping on qualifying orders.

Billing

Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date.
You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge.
The price charged is the subscription price at the time of renewal, which may differ if prices change. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your subscription. We will retry the charge and notify you by email.

Managing Your Subscription

You can view, modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through our Subscription Management page. Changes made at least 24 hours before your next billing date will take effect for that renewal. Changes made within 24 hours may be applied to the following cycle.

Skipping or Pausing

You may skip a delivery or pause your subscription at any time through the Subscription Management page. Paused subscriptions will not be charged and no orders will ship until you resume.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time — there are no cancellation fees or minimum commitment periods.

Cancellations take effect immediately. Any orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for previously charged orders.
