How do I cancel my subscription?

The easiest way: enter your email above and we’ll send you a secure access link. Once in your account, navigate to Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel. Alternatively, use our contact form with your order number and we’ll cancel within 1 business day.

When will I be charged next?

You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal with the date, amount, and a direct link to manage your subscription. Your next charge date is shown in your account portal under Subscriptions.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes. Log in to your account, go to Subscriptions → Manage, and select Pause. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period.

Can I skip my next order?

Yes — you can skip individual shipments without cancelling. Log in, go to Subscriptions, and click Skip Next Order. This is great if you still have product left and don’t need a refill yet.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes. In your account portal under Subscriptions → Manage, you can switch between 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day delivery schedules at any time. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle.

What if I was already charged and want a refund?

Use our contact form within 30 days of the charge and include your order number. We honor our 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders and will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Never. Corvella subscriptions are completely commitment-free. Cancel whenever you want, for any reason, with no fees or penalties. We believe in earning your repeat business, not locking you in.
